Guarantor Application Form
A Guarantor is a person or person(s) who are held responsible for any breach of the tenancy agreement which the tenant may cause.
This may include- Non-payment of rent
- Damage to the property
- Court Costs for Eviction
We will only contact the Guarantor(s) if we are unable to contact the tenant(s) or they refuse to rectify the breach.
A Guarantor agreement is valid for the whole duration of the tenancy & any periodic agreement and cannot be cancelled by the tenant(s) or Guarantor (s) whilst the tenants are in place.
Please provide the below information with your application:
- Proof of ID (Passport, Driving Licence or Birth Certificate)
- Visa (If Applicable)
- 2 Months recent bank statements
- 2 Months wage slips
- Proof of address
Important Information
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST BE A WORKING FULL TIME TO STAND AS GUARANTOR.
If you are accepted as a Guarantor, you will need to sign a Guarantor agreement this is usually done at the same time as the tenancy but MUST be done before keys are released.
