Tenant Applications:

If you would like to apply for a property, please complete this application form & provide all the required information to our office within 5 working days of viewing the property.

All documents MUST be originals as we do not accept photo copies.

Before applying for the property please ensure you are able to provide the following information upon request:

Photographic ID – Current Passport or Driving Licence
2 Months Recent Bank Statement
2 Months Recent Wage Slips
Proof of any benefits (Tax credits, Child Benefit, JSA, Income Support, Housing Benefit, DLA)
Utility Bill
Visa (If non EU resident)

Important Information

If you have not rented a property in the past 6 months and we are unable to obtain a landlord reference, you will be required to provide a guarantor. The guarantor must be a homeowner.
All properties require a deposit equal to 5 weeks rent and first month’s rent in advance, this must be paid in full by you or whomever is paying this, e.g local authority.
If you are accepted for the property you will be required to pay a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks rent & you will then have a maximum of 15 days to move into the property & pay the remaining monies. The holding deposit will be put towards the 1st months’ rent.
After paying the holding deposit, if you withdraw from the application, or have provided false information on your application form, we reserve the right to reject your application & retain the holding deposit.
